Natalia is a great massage therapist and is able to work though any muscle pains I have.

During this challenging time of COVID, I was nervous about returning anywhere for massages. But, the experience I had at Hand & Stone Spa was exceptional. I felt safe and well-cared for throughout the process. The massage room was comfortable. Liza, the massage therapist, was exceptionally considerate and kind. She did everything possible to put me at ease. What a wonderful re-entry to the world of Hand & Stone. For that brief interlude, I was able to close my eyes, relax and recapture a sense of what "normal" used to feel like.

Margarita is the best and it was so nice to see her many months later. She listened to all my concerns and also outlined the new safety measures in the massage room and it made me feel more comfortable. The only thing was the music being played, every single time I get a massage, the music is always weird loud bird chirping/animal noises. I requested to turn the music off so it wasn't a big deal, but I do prefer to have deep meditation music on during my massage. Overall, super relaxing even with the face mask on.

Oksana has never disappointed me everytime I see her. She made sure that I am okay. And created a game plan for needs.
