My facial appointment was on time, very relaxing and my skin felt and looked great afterwards. I often think of large hotel spas for facials, but I was very impressed and satisfied with H&S. I will definitely return for a massage or another facial!

My massage therapist knew where to find the pain. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. I really appreciated her attentiveness and to relaxing my body.

I specifically requested to have Liza be the therapist. I find she listens to what i have to say and remembers the issues I am having. She has practical suggestions. If she left your employ I would follow her to the next clinic

My masseuse was wonderful and friendly, and I was able to relax. I was a little nervous because I'm over 8 months pregnant, but I was so happy overall.

My appointment started on time. The room felt like it was cleaned well and Sophia did a good job of explaining all the precautions taken before my visit. She also helped relieve the pain in my back which was very much needed.

Everything was well organized, efficient, clean and sanitary. The appt. was changed but had another set for the same day. I enjoyed and welcomed the experience.
