Good therapist. Why not hand sanitizer in bathrooms? Why not online forms instead of PDFs to print and scan? Why did you send me a form already signed by someone else?

Michael is a great massage therapist.

The receptionists are always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. My massage therapist, Margarita, is an excellent massage therapist. She listens to my concerns and then suggests the appropriate treatment, tells me why I am having these aches and pains and then suggests exercises to be done at home. Margarita is always professional and has always made me feel at ease. This is a very important skill that all massage therapist should possess in order to be successful in helping their clients.

The 80 mins for the costs of 50 min was a fantastic value. My RMT was also incredible. I get very frequent massages for years now and he was probably the best I’ve ever seen. I felt fantastic!

All is good. Room 7 has too much outside noise from vehicles etc.. I prefer other rooms.

The precautions put in place to protect against covid made me feel like it was a safe space. My massage was fantastic, my aches were relieved and the pressure was perfect.

Felt tense and uneasy before massage ... new therapist for me so concerned ... protocols for Covid created anxiety ... at the end of visit felt the opposite emotions on each statement mentioned!
