The therapist put towels under my shoulders while lying on my stomach and this improved posture is wonderful. I really liked the use of hot towels.

Janice was amazing - she applied the right amount of pressure, and kept checking I was OK. The room was a good temperature, comfortable and clean. It was overall a very needed, relaxing experience.
