Your reception area is dirty I have to say the floor was dirty it wasn’t inviting I go to Canyon Ranch all the time in Las Vegas and that something you and your ownership go and see it is so inviting and so peaceful. Also when I walked in she looked at me and I said I’m here for my massage and she says nothing and then I said Nancy and then she said oh OK and I gave her my gift card and she goes do you want me to check you out now OK no how are you how was your day I said I’m going to the washroom, not very inviting I have had so many problems when Tonya was the owner and they were too loud the reception girls ever giggle laying there was no peace and quiet and tranquility I just don’t have a personality. Anyways Sophia is the best best best you have ever had I’ve been through many of your people and Sophia by far is the best person as an individual as a human as she is compassionate she is thorough she listens she is wonderful I will keep using her and only her my only complaint is she books up very fast and like I asked for next week and they said nothing until the 18th soPerhaps you should train your people your other massage therapist because Sophia is the best best best

Sofia is a great massage therapist. She is professional and frequently ensures that the client is well and enjoying the experience. I felt immediately at ease and able to enjoy the treatment.

Rostock was very friendly and worked very hard for the massage. It was only my 3rd in my life. It will take time for me to fully relax during the experience
