Austin was very skilled and ensured to periodically check in to ensure pressure was what I had wanted. Austin asked me what I had wanted to work on and focused on that. I would definitely book another massage with him!

My massage therapist, Sofia, is always exceptional. When I saw a last-minute availability for an appointment with her, I grabbed it. Sofia never disappoints.

I was very happy with the experience. The receptionist allowed me to book a special even though the special had ended a day earlier. The estician was very good. I enjoyed the facial which I needed very badly.

Oksana is very competent and friendly. I always look forward to seeing her. The reception staff greeted me by name as soon as I walked in.

While the ambiance and facilities are very clean and professional, I appreciate that the company focuses its efforts more on training their staff, providing fantastic services, and offering amazing skincare products (e.g. dermalogica). My esthetician, Oksana, is honest, knowledgeable, and provides a very relaxing experience each time. It's my 4th visit with her, and I look forward to many more. Highly recommend Hand & Stone for a relaxing and educational restart on your skin.

Friendly receptionist. My RMT was very professional and knowledgeable and checked in to make sure pressure and everything else was okay.
