I like the ambiance and the massage room. However I try to book a massage a couple months back and when I asked for the preferred rate which I always had with the old owner at the Thornhill location the massage and the receptionist said I could not get that rate when in fact it my daughter is a member and I was totally entitled to get that rate so I took my business elsewhere and then thankfully I tried again and the new receptionist was very knowledgable and offered me the lower rate that my daughter has as a member

My therapist listens to my needs and addresses them at each appt.

The appointment was on time. My massage therapist always does an excellent job.

Felt very relaxed, pressure was amazing and ambiance was great.

Dimitri was amazing he has hands of gold I recommend him to everyone in my home the second after my hot stone was over I booked for my husband and will book for others in my family as well as friends it was amazing!!!

Austin is a fabulous massage therapist. He asked pertinent questions and then his massage addressed the needs identified both by me and in his ability to discover other muscle knots through his thorough approach. I will definitely book with him again! 😊

My RMT asked me about where I experienced pain and helped to alleviate it. She is always very friendly and accommodating and remembers my name.
