Not only did she help in booking a next appointment, she booked me with someone she recommended and we discussed the value of trying different therapists. My massage was very relaxing and worth every penny.

Janene is an asset to the Thornhill Hand & Stone. She booked my appointment quickly and without issue. On my arrival she greeted me with friendliness. While I waited for my appointment we had interesting conversation and the time passed quickly.

The massage was amazing Sophia is great... I was displeased with the fact that the air coditioner was broken and was not told about it, actually i was told that the air was working ... totally ridiculous it was a sauna in there.
