Janene is an asset to the Thornhill Hand & Stone. She booked my appointment quickly and without issue. On my arrival she greeted me with friendliness. While I waited for my appointment we had interesting conversation and the time passed quickly.

Kaitlin was fabulous I had a wonderful facial and would highly recommend her!

The massage was amazing Sophia is great... I was displeased with the fact that the air coditioner was broken and was not told about it, actually i was told that the air was working ... totally ridiculous it was a sauna in there.

My therapist was very friendly and very professional. She explained the treatment to me before she began and showed me the product she would be using. I really enjoyed my massage treatment with her.
