I like how Natalia and Margarita do the massage. They concentrate on the areas that need attention, but also make sure I relax. They are also very friendly.

Appreciated advice on stretches to do to keep neck muscles loose. Liked the checking in to see if pressure was good for me. Liked the explanation of what was going to be done before the massage started.

My massage therapist remembers what I need - sore points etc and always ensures she does the utmost to help relieve the pain

It was easy to make an appointment over the phone and was able to schedule for the next day. I've been feeling stress and pressure lately, so was able to relax and destress while I was there. I felt feeling a lot more relaxed! Austin applied the right amount of pressure in the right areas!

The correct amount of pressure was applied and the the focus was on areas I requested.

Michael, the RMT, was great! I had a lot of knots in my shoulders and he was able to apply the right amount of pressure to relieve my stress.

Oksana is wonderful and give me a great facial every time. She makes sure I am wearing sunscreen and her facial and neck/chest décolletage massage is so relaxing.

The entire experience was easy from booking the appointment to paying for the service. My esthetician was knowledgeable and recommended a facial that's targeted to my skin condition. She wasn't trying to aggressively trying to upsell any products so it was a comfortable, pleasant conversation.

Excellent as always. I always request Nia for my massages, since she is exceptional and knows exactly how to release tension in all areas of my body. Julia and her team are beyond patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful on any questions. Service is superb. Thanks. as always!!!
