Because they are friendly and polite. The massage therapists are have knowledge about how to do their job. Good environment. Clean and nice.

Almost every time I have booked an appointment with a particular massage therapist - they leave a message the night before and tell me that they are terribly sorry but that that particular therapist is not available. This has happened numerous times.

I had a wonderful massage experience with Liza Furman. I was fully relaxed and the scents and sounds in the room definitely added to the experience. I might have enjoyed if the room was a tad warmer, but that is the only criticism I can make. Thank you very much. If I lived in the area, I would visit regularly.

I had a facial done , the wonderful beautician Bonny explained the procedure step by step and did a great job targeting my areas of concern. Very professional staff and clean and calm atmosphere! I was happy to discover suitable skin care products tailored for my skin. Great spa! Thumbs up for Bonny - very pleasant and knowledgeable !
