I have been experiencing lower back pain as a result of degenerative disc disease. I've been going for physiotherapy, as well as doing exercises and stretches at home. The massage gave me tremendous relief from the pain and I'm still feeling better a few days later.

The massage therapist Michael was very experienced.

The RMT was great in terms of focusing on the areas I indicated were problematic. The RMT created a relaxing atmosphere where I was allowed to really unwind. The pressure of the massage was perfect. The only criticism was the fan in the room was a little loud.

I received personable and personalized service. Everything was handled effectively and efficiently. Therapist was exactly what I was looking for and her technique was excellent.

Great staff, reasonably ok pricing. And excellent therapist.

Excellent aesthetician

My experience is at the Thornhill location and I liked how big it was. I was in a room at the back so it was very quiet and I couldn't hear customers in other rooms or the reception area. It seems like a well equipped place as oppose to just putting a massage bed in rooms with thin walls. The RMT used the perfect amount of pressure. I like the hot towels!

My esthician is excellent !
