Every time I come in I am greeted by a friendly staff member. I massage therapist (Jennifer) was wonderful, checked before the massage what areas I wanted her to focus on, checked in about the pressure and then just let me relax. This was (I believe) my second visit with her and both times I've felt like I had the best massage of my life. I love the location of this Hand & Stone and the only time I have ever had a less than great experience was when outside noises interfered (the nearby gym or construction) and that is clearly not your staff's fault. I constantly recommend this location to others and plan to be a member for the foreseeable future.
