Hand and Stone

I enjoyed my massage! This was my first experience with hand and stone. It was comfortable and clean. If I could give one piece of feedback it would be to maybe send an email with confirmation. I got a phone call after I booked online and they said my appointment was at 1 PM, however when I arrived they said it was at 2 PM. I live nearby, so this was no big deal, however I can imagine for people with more intense personalities they would have been upset. It did not ruin my experience in the least, I fully enjoyed myself and would definitely come back! MY massage therapist, Natalia was great and knowledgeable for my prenatal massage!

Love the relaxing spa like setting that begins as soon as you enter reception. Very happy with the massage I received from Sophia. Will definitely continue with her to help with the pain problem I've been experiencing.

I was able to recieve a free foot massage treatment on top of my body massage treatment because there was a 3 day promotion. My massage therapist, Leslie is always courteous and mindful of my comfort. I really appreciate when he takes his time with the massages. I appreciate the final detail of a glass of water at the end. In addition, I was given the option to freeze my account instead of withdrawal so I can still obtain lifestyle membership prices and keep my points. The receptionist was very knowledgable when I questioned about this option, which helped me change my initial decision. She tended me during my appointment, but I forgotten her name. Both her and Leslie deserve recognition for their exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service.
