Tina was great! We had a lovely conversation and the massage was excellent.

I occasionally visit this spa for a massage and every time I leave having received wonderful care both from the reception staff and the massage therapists. Dmitry in particular is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Margarita is exceptional. Further the receptionists are excellent.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I didn't wait at all, the therapist was punctual. The therapist was excellent. She was very knowledgeable.

I haven't been to Hand & Stone since just before COVID. It was great to be back. Oksana is wonderful. So gentle and caring. Looking forward to seeing her the beginning of January and having a body massage the end of January.

I like this location. and Bonnie is grear.

1. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly, courteous and ready to help and/or give suggestions. 2. I find the message room very clean and also your washrooms clean and well stocked. This is important to me. 3. When I ask a question the recipient's is well informed and ready to help/give suggestions. Never leave unsatisfied and always leave relaxed and happy
