I notfied the receptionist that I was running late for my appoinment. Unfortunately, when I arrived the therapist had left. The receptionist informed me that there was a therapist available within 30 minutes and saved it for me. I was taken back at how thoughtful that was of her. Testamemt of great customer service!

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and experienced. I felt very comfortable and very relaxed. She works in my knots and problem areas effectively. It really helped me relieve the muscle tightness.

After having a horrible experience in the Richmond Hill location well over a year ago. I took the year off and was not going to return. I am glad that I tried a different location (yours) and explained to the front staff my experience. They handled my service extremely well.
