The staff in reception was friendly and efficient. Karli, my massage therapist was superb - looking forward to booking my next massage with her!

All problem areas were dealt with. Skin felt refreshed after facial and recommended products were bought. The esthetician was very knowledgeable about my skin and helped focus on problem areas.

I have had many facials at many different high end spas and I have found that Oxana to be an exceptional esthetician! Her assessment and knowledge is very professional. Her skills are also exceptional. Since I found Oxana, I have not been anywhere else for a facial. The only downside of the facial is when it is over!

Michael was knowledgeable and helpful with my knots in neck and shoulders. Room 7 is far and beyond the best room you have-quiet and no voices,etc.

Oxana is wonderful. Her gentleness and knowledge is remarkable. I will continue my membership especially because of her.

I have been going to Hand & Stone for at least 3 yrs. now and overall have been highly satisfied with atmosphere, staff and my therapist. I see the same therapist every month and she is what keeps me coming back.
