Hand and Stone

Price of massage is the most expensive I have paid. Also, for other massages that have been registered elsewhere I was not usually expected to pay a tip. With the massage already being quite expensive, I feel pressured to pay a tip that seems to be an extraneous cost.

Leslie is a wonderful massage therapist and has great availability. Unfortunately, the rising cost of membership won't allow me to continue, though I would like to. The team is also helpful and friendly.

Always feel welcome. It the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Bonnie is always friendly, very informative and does a fantastic facial.

It seems to take a few days to get a hold of someone to book an appointment which is really frustrating. No one seems to answer the phone for some reason??

Susan Wu is an exceptional massage therapist. I have never had anyone better in my experiences with hand in stone at the Burlington location at the Bayview location or at the Thornhill location. I am also pleased with how well the staff know me and look to accommodate my appointment requests. They are very friendly, all of them.

They were able to help me with the pain in my glut muscle.

Very clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have booked over the phone and online and both have been easy. The RMTs are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to understand my problem and work on it while still attending to other parts of the body.
