Fantastic massage. Wilfred was exceptionally professional and respectful of my privacy. He checked in with me how I was feeling and if he should continue or not in sensitive areas.

no receptionist at desk when i walked into building and nobody at desk to take payment when i was finished. Had to wait for someone to arrive at the desk to take payment. Additionally, they do not have change if you want to pay cash.

I haven't been to Hand & Stone since before Covid lockdowns went into effect. When I get my "wellness" scheduled organized, I will be back to look at more cost effective packages that the receptionist briefly spoke to me about. I also appreciate being provided with additional therapist names so I can vary may experience.
