Cooper, the young man at reception, always welcomes me, opens the door as I use a cane, offers me a bottle of water and we chat amiably about anything subject of interest to both of us! I have never had to wait longer than ten minutes because I am almost always early for my appointment. Jennifer is a kind and caring therapist, she quickly learned where my problem areas were and is gentle and considerate...giving me much needed relief! I look forward to my appointments!
