Good process for appointment reminders- by text message, by email and phone. Friendly reception Highly qualified and experienced massage therapist. I really like Diana. She always smiling and is very knowledgeable and intelligent.

I appreciated the receptionist friendliness and time he took to explain the program which I eventually signed up for. He was very welcoming from the start. My RMT was lovely and listened to the pressure levels I had requested.

my massage therapist (Susan) was extremely professional. She did not hesitate to answer questions and asked regularly about the amount of pressure being used.

Wilfred was very professional and kind. He was able to target all the right spots and had great knowledge. He showed me different stretches to help alleviate tightness after the appointment. I will definitely return for a visit with him.
