A few years ago I had a bad experience at the H&S that I go to. I took a survey after my bad experience and I never heard anything about it. My complaint was never acknowledged. However, I continue to go because my massage therapist is amazing!! He is very professional, very skilled and has great customer service. It is he who keeps me going back.

Everything was great. Everyone was nice and it was easy to get my questions answered. The confirmation call the day before my appointment was brief but she didn't provide details just said it's confirmed. I had to tell them the info to make sure we're all on the same page. My experience was great but the receipt I received for my massage had the wrong therapist and I have to wait a week before I can get the new receipt with the right name and signature

RMT was receptive to my needs. However, when calling to book an appointment or make changes to my appointment, it is difficult to get through on the phone and I constantly get voicemail.

Edward is amazing. He has been my therapist for 8 years. Sadly he is retiring soon. Hopefully I can find someone as nice as Edward.
