My massage therapist was very nice.

The therapist Junko was very kind. She asked questions to help ensure that I had a positive experience and also the hot towel at the end was very welcome.

It’s a nice and clean location close to my place. I received an excellent service from the receptionist. Appointment was on time and Susan the therapist was really good and knowledgeable.

Highly satisfied with the massage therapist Susan Wu… Not satisfied that there are no bottles of water…this is the second time it happens

The appointment went smoothly from start to finish. I would have enjoyed a bit of a warmer massage room, since I felt a bit cold, but I do tend to feel cold easily, so that could just be me.

I have been going to Hand and Stone for several years. I enjoy the ambience and the quality of the massages. Staff are very friendly and the location is easily accessible.

I have a bad back so I really enjoy the hot stone massages. My therapist was really nice and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely use her again.
