Liza is an awesome RMT! It was my first time getting a massage ever and she addressed all my problem areas and her techniques were perfect. I dont feel nearly as sore the next day either. She provided a calm, safe experience as well and always checked in to make sure i was comfortable.

Susan saved my back again: Injured my back 1 day before the appointment. Too many toys in the play pen, took a wrong step and landed on the sofa. Susan took the time to remove the knots on my lower back muscle and helped me stretched out those tight muscles. Believe it or not, I was already feeling great by the time the massage was nearing to the end. Highly recommend Susan over and over again! Thanks Susan!
