Hand and Stone

I tried booking an appointment over the phone several times during the day and couldn't reach the receptionist multiple times I tried throughout the week. I prefer booking by phone since I can ask for the same person I have had in the past since there are no pictures on the website so I do not know who gave me the massage (and they do not introduce themselves sometimes). It took too long to get a hold of the receptionist over the phone.

My therapist is highly skilled, is familiar with my issues and does a great job of addressing them. I like a very firm deep tissue and my RMT is able to provide this
