Very knowledgeable and welcoming reception staff, excellent facial with clearly experienced professional, and overall felt like I was in good hands. Was my first time at Hand &Stone and seems to be a very professional and well organized operation.

Susan is one of my favourite therapists! I really needed to relax and ease some tension in my shoulders and she made me feel like I was floating on air by the end of my massage. I always look forward to my appointments with Susan and the spa itself is always so calming, I love the ambiance and atmosphere.

The receptionist welcomed me when I arrived. The massage therapist was excellent she used the perfect amount of pressure and asked about certain areas where I had discomfort

The staff is very friendly. I like that there are extended hours and the appointment times can accommodate my schedule.

The service was great, the massage therapist really helped me to relax, and even a day later I still feel good and loose, and no aches. The only thing i have to say is it is really hard to get a hold of you guys through the phone i had been calling for over two weeks to book an appointment, until I saw i could book it myself online but still i should have at least gotten a call back. Other than the phone service, everything else was amazing.
