The only issue I had was there wasn’t a receptionist when I came in to check me in. Maybe she was in the washroom?Also I have heard of other spas that do not ask for a tip. I gave one as I always do and there is a note that it’s appreciated. If a massage is deemed therapeutic then why is there a tip? One does not tip their dentist or hygienist . Some spas are doing away with this practice and since the prices went up with the package deal I was hoping that tipping was included but imguess it’s just inflation.

I had both a massage and a facial yesterday. The massage was the best I’ve had and the facial was fantastic. I was very concerned that the practitioners would not be masked and I was relieved that they both were. I was also very relieved to see that your mandatory mask policy remained in place. It allows me to continue to access services at your establishment.

I find all the massage therapists that I have had are very professional. The massage therapist I had recently made me feel very relaxed and dealt with my aches. I think the reception staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Margarita was able to address the 2 spots that were aching. She was very thorough in time allotment massaging my body

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bonnie Beck. She knows her stuff; is highly skilled and she is extremely customer focused. I will be booking with Bonnie in the near future. This Spa is lucky to have someone of her caliber!

My masseuse, Susan, was really great. She focused on the areas that I asked her to and was very knowledgeable.

The whole process went smoothly. No complaints, he did a great job. One of the better massages I’ve had.

Massages are very helpful in controlling my chronic pain. The massage therapist is very knowledgeable. I have confidence because of how well I’m treated.
