All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Spa was clean and relaxing. Massage therapist made clear their expertise and was willing to share/discuss based on my comfortability- there was no pressure.

My massage therapist was very nice and he asked if there was specific area to attend or not to do - he was very good and the receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful - will definitely be back

The massage therapist was terrific. She was very attentive to my needs. And the staff at the desk we’re also very good and knowledgeable. Only issue is if there was quite a lineup when I needed to pay at the end.
