The environment and atmosphere is very relaxing. The Spa appeared to be very clean. I appreciated the hot towels. And most importantly Junko is a very good massage therapist. As well, she is very knowledgeable and has a lovely manner.

My daughter loved the RMT. She said she was wonderful.

The service was quick and booking an appointment was super easy. The massage therapist was very friendly and gave helpful advice. Covid protocols were followed throughout the appointment and I felt safe and welcomed.

The rmt was not my usual person but they were equally as great! I also booked a facial after the massage. It was amazing and the whole experience was perfectly relaxing.

Austin gives an outstanding massage. He is professional personable and very skilled.

My RMT was great and knew what I needed to be worked on. I feel that the spa needs renovations and updates . It looks very plain and boring to come in. I hope that management also looks having a better sound system that play the different music. Having a surround sound in the room will make the atmosphere more relaxing and feeling that you are in relaxed location. I also think that we as clients should have the ability to book our appointment just like massage addict does. Needs to look at improving not staying the same old spa.

I enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The problem areas were mostly taken care of which I appreciated it. I could tell that the esthetician was very knowledgable.

Came in for a different facial but was very satisfied with aesthetician recommendation.
