I was able to relax and have areas worked on.

During these difficult pandemic times, I felt safe. My massage therapist was pleasant. It has been over five years since my last regular monthly massage since my previous massage therapist retired. I think I found her replacement.

My massage therapist Rostislav has exceptional skills... I have never before experience such effective relief from treatment as I have with him. Location and setting are also excellent and convenient.

Appointment was on time Facial was very soothing Bonnie was awesome

1. The reception area was welcoming. 2. The receptionists were friendly, organized and efficient. 3. Leslie was welcoming. He gave me the best massage I have ever had. 4. Leslie eliminated my persistent neck pain.

My massage therapist took to time to find out what parts of my body needed to be addressed. Throughout the massage he inquired about the pressure he was using and if it needed to be adjusted. He left a hot towel for me to use after the massage which was a welcomed gesture.

The services I receive at hand and stone are always wonderful. Whether it is a massage or facial I am always beyond satisfied and leave feeling relaxed.

The first attempt to book and appointment was a bit of a disappointment because I left a message (when the spa was supposed to be open) and didn't receive a call back for a couple of days. Then my wife called and she was able to make appointments for us. Everything else was smooth sailing. The only mildly annoying thing was after the massage I was waiting for my wife and because of COVID, the few chairs available were occupied forcing me to awkwardly standing there. The massage itself was exactly what I was looking for.
