I have been a client for many years and have always found my experience with reception, therapists and management to be super! The reception area and massage rooms are very clean and everyone is always so friendly. I have tried different therapists over the years and they have all been very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and I have referred a lot of my family and friends.

Friendly, knowledgeable and overall extremely satisfied. I always have great experiences. I feel great when I leave.

This Hand and Stone location is my favourite place to go to. It helps me with stress and helps ease my problems away. I try to go at least once a week because it helps my school work flow better because of how calm i am after the massage. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and others. When I called Mia inquiring if there was a massage slot available, I knew it was a long shot! BUT, magically, she said there was one and it was with Yuri, who had done my massages in the past, so I told her to SIGN ME UP! As a teacher, this school year has been more stressful than usual and so I desperately NEEDED this massage. Yuri applied the right amount of pressure to relieve the pain around my shoulders and neck. I definitely left with that SP-AHHHHHHH feeling.

Austin is very professional and was very good at tailoring the massage to what was needed.
