With deep thanks and much gratitude to my massage therapist.

My RMT (Liza) knew I was a healthcare worker and encouraged me to come back to make use of the healthcare worker promotion this month (30 additional minutes to your 50 minute massage). I explained to her that I initially did want to use this promotion but was not able to find an 80 minute block that worked between her schedule and my schedule. Liza immediately offered to come in early on a day that worked for me so that I would be able to utilize this promotion. This is the definition of going above and beyond for your customers and providing EXCELLENT care! I felt so valued and appreciated. I would recommend H&S and Liza to anyone!!!!

It was one of the best experiences to date. The customer service was exceptional which I do not always receive at this location. The massage was great as always.

The massage itself is the key to the utmost satisfaction I received. Yes the room itself must be welcoming warm and extremely clean. And it was most definitely. I had an amazing relaxing massage with Lisa who granted my wishes about the low to medium pressure, the slow speed I like and the long continuous presses. I would most certainly recommend both Hand & Stone and my therapist. I can't wait to return!
