I came in feeling very stiff and tense from sitting at my desk at home, and left feeling very relaxed.

Nina went above and beyond. I was running half an hour late and she extended her time into her lunch hour, which I did not expect but did appreciate. She also applies good pressure and has a calming demeanour.

I have been seeing Yuri regularly for years now and he is amazing. After many years in the health field, I have chronic muscle issues that he has helped me with. Because of Yuri, I'm able to keep my muscles issues at a minimum.

Great receptionists, masseuse, and overall experience.

I am very happy as my massage therapist (Dmitry K) understands my needs, feeling better afterwards.

Clean professional. But esthetician should wear a face shield as well as a mask for her protection. Or glasses. As a nurse who worked w Covid pt it’s important !! Faceshield!!

The massage therapist was very good. I thought that the massage table was quite hard and the oils that were used had a heavy feel to them. They were thoroughly removed from my body afterwards

I have been attending this location of Hand & Stone for at least 5 years. I think that it well worthwhile to have the membership. I look forward to my once a month visits, using my membership package. And sometimes I come more than once a month. The reception staff are warm, welcoming & professional. I especially appreciate the personalized attention that I have received from the RMT's, such as Austin & a few of the other personnel. Who always listen when I say that I need work on specific areas. Thank you!
