The therapist was exceptional.

I felt welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. It is obvious they are taking the current pandemic seriously and I was impressed by the "clean" and "to be cleaned" pens in the reception area. The massage therapist was friendly and applied perfect pressure - though I thought it might be too light, I definitely felt the work that had been done the next day! She also gave me advice to stay hydrated and to use heat or a hot shower if any discomfort arose.

The whole experience at Hand & Stone was amazing. It was so easy to book an appointment via email, and even though I wanted a couples massage, the receptionists were very sweet in explaining the COVID abilities, and were still able to book my fiance and I for appointments at the same time. My massage therapist, Leslie, was AMAZING - he really helped my aches and pains, and he was very communicative about the pressure and whether I was enjoying the massage. I would (and will) highly recommend Hand & Stone.

Hand and stone Thornhill is consistently good. Receptionist services are prompt and they are knowledgeable. Massage therapists are consistently good. I never have any issues when I book or visit. Highly professional and I appreciate how they keep the spa clean, especially during this pandemic.

I was lucky to get a last minute cancellation on an evening when I REALLY needed a massage. The massage relaxed the tight muscles and I am sure that I woke up today with much less discomfort than if I hadn't had a massage.

The front desk staff were very warm, friendly and quick to get back to me with an appointment although I had called on short notice. My RMT Margarita took the time to listen & focus on my painful ligaments. It was a soothing and relaxing massage and was totally worth the drive from Scarborough to Thornhill. I was worried about Covid but the measures they took to ensure I was safe were satisfactory and I will return.

I am always highly satisfied with the friendliness of the massage therapist and the receptionist staff when coming to hand and stone for my massage appointments. This time around I was very happy and grateful that the massage therapist focused on the sore and tense muscles that were stiff and aching.
