Hand and Stone

My RMT was really nice upon meeting her. I felt very comfortable and she ensured I was comfortable during the massage.

I previously had Sofia as my massage therapist, however, she is no longer there. I tried someone else last time and I was not satisfied. Yesterday I had Sussan, she was very attentive to my needs and provided great service. I actually booked her for another two sessions. The only thing that I didn't like was the constructions noises from next door, which I understand is totally out of your control, just wanted to mention it as I was really enjoying the massage and the music and then the drilling sounds started.

I loved the ambiance immediately upon entering. Lovely scent and relaxing music. My RMT was very friendly and addressed all my sore spots. Overall a great visit.

I usually have a massage with Diana. She asks where I need the massage and focus' on those areas. She gives one of the best massages I have ever had. So I continue to book with her. I leave feeling relaxed and much lest tense. I couldn't ask for more. The only negative I have is sometimes there is loud talking in the hall and that interrupts my relaxing during the massage.

From start to finish, a welcoming and satisfying experience. I wonder if the choice of music playied would enhance my overall experience. Just a thought.

I have a great rapport with my rmt. She remembers me in between visits and asks about my previous issues. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy.

Upon arriving the receptionist was extremely helpful regarding my questions. My appointment was on schedule and my massage therapist was very nice and explained about Covid precautions their in the spa. My 1st experience at Hand and Stome was absolutely wonderful - looking forward to coming back - wish I could afford to come more often with the same therapist👍👍👍👍

The therapist was very plesant and welcoming she also seemed very knowledgeable and provided me with some stretches to assist the pain.
