Everything was clean and professional. The massage was relaxing and my RMT always does a good job. Appropriate steps were taken to ensure safety regarding Covid-19.

My RMT therapist was great - used good firm pressure. The room was a bit cold, and my therapist brought me an extra blanket. I would come again!

I truly enjoyed coming back to Hand and Stone after 6 months or so. I felt relaxed and comfortable coming to Hand and a Stone during the pandemic as all the staff kept social distancing and wore the mask.

Michael is great. Blonde receptionist was not wearing a mask. I was surprised by temperature was not taken before the massage

Friendly and flexible staff. Clean and well taken care rooms, especially during pandemic. Masseuse took into account my prefered/problematic places and firmness of pressure and was very kind. Overall, great experience and will be considering buying membership and coming back every month.
