Hand and Stone

My only concern was it was hot in the reception area.

Loved how warm and friendly everyone was from receptionist to the esthetician & therapists. Very pleased with the explanation of the services and treatment and choices availalble.

Hand and Stone is highly professional in all aspects of service delivery. I feel comfortable in the spa and with the people there.

The treatment plan was well discussed and my concerns were taken into consideration. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Adam did a great job with the massage. If he continues to work there, I will return. The quality of the massage was the main reason I came back.

I love so much my therapist for the facial, she was very friendly, professional, she has a high knowledge about products I work in the same industry and I can say she is really good at her job and making the business better

My therapist is good and very funny. I enjoy her a lot. Sometime the pressure she uses hurts but that's often because she works on areas that don't get a lot of attention otherwise. I understand that a little pain sometimes is worth it in the end. If the pain was ongoing then I would let her know to lessen the pressure.

The staff are very good. Reception is always friendly and helpful. Massage therapists are excellent. I always enjoy coming to the spa.
