Consistently excellent massages from Faramarz

Great service by provider and both opening /closing receptionists. RMT was knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing and recommended stretches / exercises I could continue with in-between appointments. Much appreciated. Only concern was during checkout, balance of my membership sessions did not come up on the system, so my invoice was originally prepared at the cost of a one-off single session at full price. Closing receptionist quickly looked it up on the system and noticed that my session balance from 2021 didn't carry over in the system for 2022. System issue not an employee one.

Ease of booking. I was very happy with my massage therapist (Peggy Bishop). She is an extremely well-trained therapist. With my past experience with RMTs, I continued to feel knots even after my session but at my first session with Peggy, I felt nothing but relief and relaxation. I was very impressed with her techniques and the level of pressure she maintained. I am planning to see her again in the future.

The introductory price(79.95) was very affordable. The staff were professional and the facilities were clean.

Peggy Bishop is an amazing Massage Therapist. She is always asking the right questions. Works in the right areas that need attention and U always feel better when I complete my appointment. The reception area is always welcoming and clean. I have no ever been disappointed.
