My esthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me very comfortable during the treatment. I also value the detailed walkthrough of the process she provided as she treated me. My face looks and feels amazing!

Appointment on time and fits my schedule. My massage therapist Faramarz is extremely knowledgeable and relieved all tensions/stress that I was suffering from.

The massage was excellent. But there was only one person at reception initially who was busy with a customer.

Andrew applies the right amount of pressure during the massage. He's attentive and will talk as much or as little as I like. I like to know problem areas, and he's communicative about that. He also spends time speaking about after care (ie. warm bath, hyrdate, streches, frequency of massage, etc.). Though I live closer to another location, I continue to go back to the Jarvis location because Andrew is there.

My massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable about technique and anatomy, and although it was not the most relaxing massage (because my muscles are very tight and there was pain), this was not due to the therapist, and he did help loosen my muscles and relieve some pain overall.

It was a welcoming environment with helpful staff. I used the restroom and it was very clean. My massage therapist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I walked out feeling very relaxed.
