The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Lorie is an amazing massage therapist, she has a calm and soothing voice. Lorie always makes me feel relaxed and stress free after my appointment.

This is specifically for the Manahawkin, NJ location. My phone call was answered right away to make an appointment. The receptionist was helpful and prompt in my request for a specific esthetician. When I arrived, people were friendly and my esthetician was ready for me. My service was excellent. My esthetician offered me upgrades and educated me about the upgrades but did not put a lot of pressure on me to upgrade. I will definitely do that next time. I was very happy and relaxed at the end of my service.

The facility is clean, spacious and relaxing to be in. The massage therapist worked on my problem area and it feels much better today. I love the music that plays and the scent of the facility.

Stephanie is an excellent massage therapist. She is aware of my areas of concern and takes the time to massage my back to relieve my discomfort.

I called the day of the service and they were able to get me in but could not get my daughter in at the same time. I was very pleased with my massage. I have one complaint as I live in Savannah GA 6 months per year and LBI, NJ the other 6 months per year. Hand and stone should allow me to put my membership on hold for 6 months instead of 3 months please!
