Hand and Stone

All of my experiences at H&S are always great. However, it seems there is some confusion, depending on who you speak with, about how many packages I have banked and when or if I canceled my membership. The information they have to look up in the computer might need to be streamlined as it seems that each question I asked took a while to go to different screens to get the info. Someone I spoke to on the telephone had different information than they had in store.

Great service, wonderful facial and relaxing massage.

Friendly reception. If someone didn't know the answer to my questions, someone else did and stepped right in . Ambiance was pleasing. The best thing was the massage by Cheryl! She is very knowledgeable and hit all the right areas of concern. First time for a hot stone massage. It was superb. Cheryl is a big asset to your company!

My massage therapist was very experienced and knowledgeable, and delivered a robust but fluid massage. Before the massage she questioned me about issues I may be having and responded to to them during the session. Because of these qualities I left the session very relaxed and restored to get back in the race!
