Only issue was checkout. 4 people at check out that work there They were serving one person. It took 10 minutes to get checked out. Only thing I wasn’t satisfied with. Could have been a faster checkout.

The atmosphere was very calming. Angelina was very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the areas i was in were clean and taken care of. I can not wait to come back.

Ive been using Hand & Stone for about 6 months now and have been very satisfied with every visit. Yoselyn has been my therapist since the beginning and has been doing a beyond excellent job every session. Being I’m a construction worker and in the gym a lot, she knows all of my problem areas and is very knowledgeable about what muscles I need to work on and what’s improved. Overall, I feel very welcomed and relaxed every time I go to Hand & Stone and leave happy after every session.

I always get right in at my appointment time. The service is great. Michelle is awesome.

The waiting area is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will G is absolutely the best. Sometimes have to wait a few extra for him, but it's worth it.

I like that I can call and always get an appointment for the time I need. I love how relaxed I feel afterwards. I love the customer service they are so helpful and that u sell dermalogica products and pure hydration products

friendly staff, clean establishment, knowledgeable staff, therapist are very good and listen to your requests and concerns, and work ton problem areas, the only down side is that when you call for an appointment the wait to speak to someone to make an appointment is usually 5 minutes or longer.

Will G is the best therapist I have ever had. He is attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The receptionists were friendly, outgoing and personable.
