I totally enjoy my visits to Hand and Stone. The personnel is always friendly and accommodating. I made an appointment for my daughter on my next booking. Great relaxing, therapeutic service.

As soon as you walk in you are made to feel welcome and then once the process begins it is all about you and what you need and/or want. It was truly a very pleasant experience for me. Isa was extremely helpful and took care in answering all my questions and helping me to select products that would be beneficial to me.

Facial therapist was very friendly and did an excellent job. Massage therapist was also friendly. She used firm pressure throughout as I requested. Neither compelled me to talk during my treatment, which allowed me to truly relax

My therapist was excellent. The place is very relaxing.

Lisa is very knowledgable and does a great job. She does what is best for my skin and teaches me while she goes so I can make more informed decisions on upgrades.

The friendly staff in the reception area. The service provided by the massage therapist was outstanding. The massage relieved the aches and pains in my body. I would recommend Will to my friends.

Receptionist, reception area, all great, aesthetician, Lisa is AMAZING. So relaxing. Only negative is - I get the receptionists are instructed to upsell, but one 'NO' should be sufficient...I don't like to ruin the oh-so relaxed vibe after a facial with having to repeatedly shut down the gal at the front desk; I know she is only trying to do her job w/the selling, BUT, again, ONE NO should be enough. Won't deter me from booking my appointments with Lisa :-)

The facility is very nice. The therapists are good. They found someone to see me when I wanted to come in. The staff is friendly.
