I had an enjoyable and relaxing time at Hand and Stone. Michelle worked on target areas that needed attention. Staff is always friendly and the spa is neat and clean. The reception area was a little cold. Massage rooms were warm.

Everything is always clean. I enjoy all of the friendliness. I’m the past, there were a few instances on being cancelled on and one was just an hr prior to the appointment, but other than that overall great experience.

My massage therapist was amazing. She was personable and made me feel very comfortable. She asked me questions before we started and really listened to me about the areas that were bothering me. She paid extra attention to these areas and I left feeling fantastic.
