I love hand and stone and go there regularly when I am here in NJ but 2 things I would like to see changed, one is to put my membership on hold for the 5-6 months that I am away and secondly why do I have to fill out the same online waivers each time I go to H&S? Every time I go I have to fill out the same 3-4 forms which is crazy. Why not do it once/year ?
