I really enjoyed my massage, it was a relaxing time for me as a busy mom. I like the ambience of the rooms and the music. My therapist was very knowledgeable, and was pleasant to talk to during my massage.

Very friendly staff. I just started going to H&S in Manahawkin. (Many years in Howell) Moved to Barnegat 2 years ago, but continued going to Howell because Manahawkin did not offer 80 minutes until recently. I was made to feel extremely comfortable by my new Massage Therapist Becca.
