I love going to hand and stone. I have been a member for many years. I am disappointed to learn that my membership dues are going up. I feel that having a membership should come with some perks . One would think I would get some sort of discount on the membership.

I had some questions about the foot massages and the receptionist And therapist-Robert were very helpful and explained it well.

I love the staff and the location here. All staff are wonderful. However, I am a member paying for a massage or facial every month and appointments are being booked out 2 to 3 months in advance. it is very hard to stay with one therapist because they are booked 3 to 4 months in advance. I know this is not the staff's fault but the benefits of the membership are waining.

I've been customer since opening. When I get used to someone they end up leaving. Owners not managers need to take better care of your workers. You will lose your business. Word around is not good! Very sad. I love all the people whom I come in contact with on phone in spa and all services I receive.
