Aside from the backlog out front everything was perfect. I did schedule another appointment.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I continue to make my appointments with marguerite and she is great. Always helpful and directs me to what is best for my skins needs

Overall great experience. Only trouble is with booking appointments. Impossible to do online and, in person, no openings when i would like. Have to wait 1 to 2 months for an appointment. Need more therapists.

Every receptionist I dealt with had been pleasant/smiling and patient assisting me. Melissa, who does my facials, made me feel very comfortable. She is open and friendly without being over talkative. There is no high pressure to purchase products.

After my facial my skin felt soft and supple and now it is two days later and it still has the same feel. My facials make my skin feel good and relax me. Thorough enjoyment
