Except for limited appointment times, I love Hand and Stone. Personally, I need you need to hire more people. Otherwise, its an amazing place.

Check in was easy. Wait time was minimal. Massage therapist was knowledgeable and used the requested amount of pressure and spent the appropriate amount of time on my areas of concern.

For the most part I am very satisfied with my facial treatments and availability of appointments for this service. However, recently the massage therapists that I had gotten used to and really enjoyed have left this site for other employment. Not as many appointments available as I would like either. Both issues are a bit concerning. Women's bathroom sink really needs a good cleaning or replacement.

massage was both relaxing and efficient. my therapist was very nice and friendly. i have had a few massages there and this was by far the best experience yet.
