Difficult to book appointments. The staff continually says that they do not have enough clinicians. The reason offered is often—-“well there is only one person Working that morning”.

MUCH BETTER IN THE PAST FOR AVAILABILITY OF MASSAGE OR FACIALS WITHIN FEW DAYS NOW IT TAKES WEEKS FOR APPT WITH CERTAIN THERAPISTS THAT ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED NEED TO HIRE MORE THERAPISTS TO MAKE APPT. MORE READILY AVAILABLE

My esthetician is knowledgeable, honest & friendly. She only recommends what is best for my skin. Never pushy or tries to sell me on products. I appreciate her genuine character.
