The massage was wonderful, but there was someone talking in the next room during the entire length of the massage. It sounded like it was a conversation between co-workers. Mildly annoying, but didn't allow me to get totally lost in the experience.

Booking an appointment on line was problematic. It told me it would be months before an appointment would be available. I had to go to the spa and speak to a receptionist in person to schedule an appointment that was in a reasonable timeframe. Plus I had to put my account on hold since I had so many packages available that I couldn’t schedule due to unavailability of appointments.

The therapist was wonderful. The peppermint scalp add on treatment was wonderful

Melissa G was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin issues and treatments. She let me feel around my face to see if any areas felt like they needed more attention to them.

Very clean and professional facility . Staff was courteous and friendly . My therapist Kaitlyn made me feel comfortable and did a terrific job !

My massage therapist is the greatest. He know how to relieve the parts of my back that are painful to me

My husband and I have been members since 2014. We canceled our membership I believe in 2019 due to many occasions of mixups with our appointments switching or therapist without our knowledge and finding out when we arrived Etc. At the time Michele Gorman had told us things were much better and we renewed our membership. Yesterday my husband and I were set to go for our appointments and Tim had no appointment for the day. He again was ready to cancel our memberships, I don’t know if we get bumped out of our spots ? I have made appts for the next few months with Keri and Lisa. Those are the therapists we want. I’m not sure we’ll continue as members of it happens again.
