Friendly, knowledgeable, Great experience, Clean, and very SafetY focused during covid.

The friendly atmosphere of both the therapist and the receptionist made the experience very enjoyable. It was clean and relaxing, and met all of my expectations. I am very likely to return.

I felt safe in returning to Hand and Stone. The massage therapist talked to me first to find out what I needed. She questioned me throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling totally relaxed.

I was impressed with the professionalism and safety measures in place upon arrival. My aestheticians Margarite was so informative and caring. My facial was perfect and you skin looked amazing.

I was mostly very satisfied, but when I went to check out, I asked the receptionist for change to give the girls a tips that did my facial and message, and she told me she had no change. But when the other receptionist asked her for change, she gave it to her. NOT COOL in my book. I am the customer and I should come first .

The reception staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very important while receiving my massage and all of my needs were met. Hailey did an awesome job helping me relax and relieve stress.

Marguite is a professional, calm & accommodating. She is knowledgeable about her work & my results show it.

Lisa was very nice and very professional. Took special attention to my neck and shoulders.
